Which size should I get, now that I am pregnant?
In our designs we have taken your growing belly and changing body into account. Therefore, we recommend you choose your regular size, as we are pretty sure it will fit you. Would you normally go with a size 38? Pick a size 38 at Atelier Melon as well. Our designs will be comfortable from the moment you start wearing them, all the way to the end of your pregnancy (and beyond).
Please check our size guide for the exact measurements of all our products. With our extensively tested fittings, ordering multiple sizes of the same item and returning one of them should not be needed. Next to that: it is not the best thing to do for the environment as well. When in doubt, it’s best to size up. Does Atelier Melon offer multiple lengths in jeans & trousers?
Not currently. But since it's easier to make an item shorter than longer, we've made sure our trousers & jeans are long enough for (almost) all. Yes, even tall girls and those blessed with long legs. Our Fancy Pants are designed with a blind hem, so you (or your tailor) can easily add a few centimeters.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Creating an account is quick and easy.
When will my order arrive?
Of course we aim to have your order with you as soon as possible. Most of the time, we will ship your Atelier Melon order within 24 hours. Check our Delivery & Returns section for information. With the track & trace code you receive after your order has shipped, you'll be able to track your package all the way to your doorstep.
What countries do you ship to?

How much is shipping?
This depends on the country you ship to. To most European countries we ask a small shipping fee if your order is below a certain amount. For orders above 250 euro, it's completely free! Please check out our Delivery & Returns section to learn more about the shipping costs to your country or region.

Can I return an item?
Yes, of course. If for some reason you're not happy with an Atelier Melon item, you can easily apply for a return. As long as it's within 30 days after receiving it, and as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear your order did not meet your expectations. Please click here to go to our return portal, fill in your e-mailadress with which you placed the order + your ordernumber (this can be found in your order confirmation email) and mention why the order did not meet your expectations. Our customer care team will then get in touch with you as soon as possible and help you to resolve the issue.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Atelier Melon, we offer a wide range of payments services. We accept iDeal, Meastro, Bancontact, all credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We only take payment once your order has been shipped.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund.

How do I take care of my items?
Check the carefully edited care labels in all our products to make sure you wash and dry them in the right way. As for all your clothing; it’s best not to wash them too often and in too hot temperatures. Better for the fabrics, better for the environment.
Is Atelier Melon a responsible brand?
Fashion in it’s core is not a sustainable business, and we are very aware of that. We believe it’s best to be transparent about this matter, but of course we do try to act as responsible as possible. Sourcing, production, transportation, and quality of our products comply to best in class qualifications. Next to that, we offset the carbon footprint of each item twice.
