Delivery
Atelier Melon offers free shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg on all orders that exceed €100,-. For orders with a different value or shipped outside these countries, you can find the corresponding shipping fee below. We aim to send orders within 24 hours, so you can enjoy your Atelier Melon items as soon as possible. International orders will be processed just as fast, but shipping will take several days. You will receive your track & trace code, so you can follow your package as soon as it's on it's way to you.

Responsible delivery
Since we strive to keep our footprint as low as possible, it is likely that your order will be delivered by one of our bicycle courier partners. This will apply to all consumers living in one of the bigger cities in The Netherlands.
Returns
We hope you're happy with your Atelier Melon items, and we do our best to make sure everything is as expected. But of course, returning is possible. To start a return, go to our return portal, fill out your order number and your email address. Select the item(s) you wish to return and why you're returning it, and select your desired postal service (in some cases, we can even pick it up at your house!). A shipping label will automatically be generated.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it in case you are not satisfied. We do not offer free returns. Please note that you are responsible for the safe journey and arrival of your package to our warehouse.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (for trousers and jeans - this means including the dust bag the product was delivered in). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund, and the package will be sent back to you. Giftcard values can not be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you completed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded with credit on your original gift card code, not later than 14 days after we received your return.
Refunds on bundles & promotion
If you return an item that has been part of a promotion or a bundle, the promotional offer will become invalid. An example: in case of a promotion where you get 35% discount on a top when purchasing a bottom, and you then decide to return the bottom and keep the top, the discount for the top will become invalid. Or if you bought a bundle, and you return one of the items, you will pay the full price for the item you want to keep. In both cases, the difference will be calculated when returning the funds for the bottom. If you want to exchange one of your items for another size, the discount will keep being valid.
