Bundle returns & exchanges: all you need to know

We want to keep things simple. Exchanging or returning a part of your bundle is easy. Here's how it works.

You want to exchange one part of your bundle

In case you want to change the size or colour of one item of your bundle, follow these steps:

1. Place a new order for the item you wish to receive. You'll pay the 'normal' price for now - don't worry, we'll settle this afterwards!
2. Apply the item you want to send back via our return platform.
3. Follow the instructions for return and send the item back to us. Meanwhile, we'll make sure the new product is with you as soon as possible!
4. Once your returned item has been checked at our warehouse, we'll refund you the right amount so the discount stays intact.
   

You want to return one part of your bundle

In case you want to keep only one part of your bundle, and return the other part, the bundle discount no longer applies. We'll settle this with the refund.
