Delivery & returns

All you need to know about the delivery of your order and how to return.

Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery. Atelier Melon orders are shipped from The Netherlands. We offer free shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg on all orders over €100. Shipping costs for orders <€100 are €5,95.

For orders shipped outside these countries, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional taxes or import duties for international orders will be at the customers own expense. 

We aim to send orders within 24 hours, so you can enjoy your Atelier Melon items as soon as possible. International orders will be processed just as fast, but shipping will take several days. You will receive your track & trace code, so you can follow your package as soon as it's on its way to you.

Returns

We hope you're happy with your Atelier Melon items, but returning is possible and easy, of course. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it in case you are not satisfied. Go to our return portal by clicking the button below. Use our order number and email address, select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your desired postal service to create a shipping label. Please note that we do not offer free returns, and that you are responsible for the safe journey and arrival of your package to our warehouse.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (for trousers and jeans - this means including the dust bag the product was delivered in). If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund. Giftcard values can not be returned.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

You will receive a notification once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse. Your return will be inspected, and if approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. If you completed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded with credit on your original gift card code.

Returns on bundles & promotions

Bundles

If you return an item that's been part of a bundle, the offer will become invalid. An example: you got €29 off a shirt in combination with a jeans, and you decide to return the jeans. The offer becomes invalid. We will settle this with the refund.

Exchanging a part of your bundle

In case you want to change the size or colour of one item of your bundle, follow these steps:

STEP 1 - Place a new order for the item you wish to receive. You'll pay the 'normal' price for now - don't worry, we'll settle this afterwards!

STEP 2 - Use our regular return procedure for the item you with to return, and send the item back to us.

STEP 3 - Once your returned item has been checked at our warehouse, we'll refund you the right amount so the discount stays intact.

Promotions

If in case of a return your order value drops below the conditions of the promotion, the offer will become invalid. An example: you got a free bag when you spend €150, and you decide to return (part of) your order, by which the total order amount drops below €150, the free bag offer no longer applies. Either send the gifted item back, or we will settle the price with the refund.
